I have been having pain in neck with tinnitus in left ear and vertigo since 2 years now my X ray of tempolar bone shows partial scleriosed mastoid left side. .m having stiffed neck with pain..mainly on left side. .now sometime tinnitus occur in right ear also..Wat s the correct treatment some say it is cervical nerve compression. .feel cough some

Partial sclerosis of mastoid is a normal variant of mastoid bone. Your tinnitus and giddiness might be due to cervical spine related issues known as cervical vertigo. You should consult a Orthopedics specialist or spine surgeon for confirmation of diagnosis. If your cervical spine is found to be normal then you can consult nearby ENT specialist for diagnosis and treatment of vertigo
