Left lower abdomen pain on bumpy roads

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have a severe left lower abdomen pain when I travel on bumpy roads. The pain is so intense that I cannot walk. I have bloating and feel nauseated. I am unable to bear the pain during take off and was denied boarding thrice. The Usg scan report is normal. I have consulted gynecologist, urologist and neurologist but the cause of the pain is unknown. Could anyone please let me know what the cause could be? I badly need to travel but I am unable to travel due to the pain.

Bloating may be because of IBS. INTESTINAL problems are not detected in tests like ULTRASOUND or ct scan etc. Even colonoscopy will be normal. And it ia precipitated by fear, psychological factors.
