I woke up on 8th June and felt like my knee cant move. I did little leg exercise. I was able to walk but I cannot walk up the stairs and walk down the stairs. I cannot stand up putting weight on my left leg. I need support to stand.

Or internal swelling
Apply ice over there for 4 to 5 days if u feel better than continue ice for 1 week and if don't feel better than consult doctor and do MRI so that we can know exact cause of your knee pain
