Left Joint pain
I have taken a 3T MRI for left Joint pain. Results say intrasubstance degeneration with horizontal tear involving body and posterior hone of lateral meniscus with multisepted parameniscal chat. Minimal joint effusion. Is a surgury required??

It appears you have a torn meniscus. If you have pain and frequent locking of the knee joint, at your age it would be ideal to have surgery done.
