Left hand pain since a year

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Since lockdown I have some anxiety issue about my health. I have taken all body tests including ECG few months back. Doctor said I'm normal. But I'm having some dull left shoulder pain starting from bicep area to palms and fingers. I also have some middle back burning sensation. Bcoz of this I'm really worried that I have heart issue. I'm not sure what is happening. I also sometimes get headache which will subside on its own. Just let me know whats wrong with this. Please.
