Left hand pain/pulling

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I have been suffering from gastric problem (bacterial infection in stomach).using Sampras HP kit (14 days)...Still need use tablets for 6 days. But getting pain in left hand (pulling down from elbow to fingers) . Taken ECG ..it's normal..please suggest how reduce this pain.
