Left hand pain
Left hand, sholder, left sholder blade pain some times right hand also ecg and echo done and it is normal and i am having GERD problem and health anxiety., pain not a specific part of hand , it will change,Took medicin for anxiety for two month but pain not reduced.typically pain like while moving hands or pressing muscles, do i need to do TMT?

Pain is muscular type, as it increases in movement. If you have risk factors like smoking, Bp, family history- you should get TMT to rule out.
