Left foot swelling and pain for father

Dear Doctors, yesterday my father's left foot swelling observed. Pic attached. Today also it still exists. He is feeling pain while he walking. He is on diabetes and BP medication as described in the form. Covid treated last month and discharged. No too much weakness found. He is saying that leg pain only concerning him more. Can you please give your valuable opinion. Thanks in advance
