Sir I have just done my wife HSG test. Test report came that left fimbrial blocked. Can my wife still pregnant with one flopion tube. Tell me the treatment for unblock the tube

Yes if the right tube is patent..she can still become pregnant..but if u are planning pregnancy sooner..try to do an ultrasound for follicular monitoring..because only if right ovary has a dominant follicle then only she ll b able to conceive.. Consult direct for further discussion and management options.. Also get a husband semen analysis done if not already done further..
