15 days old children have immature tear drainage pathways that could be a reason for plain watering
However if accompanied with redness it could be a sign of infection and needs examination
Next Steps
if simple watering may observe for another 1or 2 weeks generally subsides on own, however if accompanied with redness or sticky discharge kindly visit ophthalmologist and get it checked soon
Health Tips
don't delay visiting for a detailed check up (atleast online through video consult) if watering persists beyond 1month of age
if any sign of infection as explained before visit in next 1 or 2 days
