My left eye has been twitching since the last week. It's kind of annoying. I have been getting adequate sleep though. Are there any possible reasons for this?

Generally twitching indicate tiring of small muscles of eye or some local cause like dryness/ inflammation or general cause like neurological or nervous issues .
Since it has been only for sometime..mostly due to excessive screen time during lockdown period.
Take complete break for 2/3 days
Use lubricating drops , multivitamins
Good lifestyle
Decrese stress
If it diesnt get better, seek consult
