Left eye getting smaller

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I'm feeling little heaviness in left eye. I have recently got my eyes checked for eye sight and found everything is fine. Could you please let me know what could be the reason of this sudden change in size of eyes? Please recommend good suggestions, I am getting worried. Thank you
