Left ear clogged feeling

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My left ear is clogged have taken ambroxol hydrochloride and steam but still feeling less hearing from hear any suggestions and also it sometime goes fine and feel clogged please suggest some medicine thanks and visited ent as well he said it seems fine may be tube is clogged with cough so recommended mucovert Cr which contains ambroxol hydrochloride. Any suggestions here

It is because of eustachian tube dysfunction. Take montek lc 10mg .if not subsiding u need audiometry to assess the degree of hearing,type of hearing loss and fluid in middle ear.
