Left chest side discomfort. In mind.

Past one year having frequent chest pains and chest tightness almost for entire day. Some time it's heavy felt like having heart attack along with sweating. Also have frequent palpitation when I get too much worried or anxious about my pains and health. Got 1-TMT, 6-ECO which was normals and did holster study had some findings of irregular but doc said nothing serious. In ECGS sometime use to pickup a skipping heart beat then it becomes normal after a day or so. I even did endoscopy to rule out gastric issue and chest CT to rule out lung causes that also came normal My H1Abc is 6.3, thyroid is 3.5. I dnt know how and whom to get diagnose with need some suggestions. I am taking concur 1.25mg twice a day for past 8 months. I have attached my recent echo report this 7th test.Suddenly I found a remark called Trivial mitral regurgitation.
