Left chest side discomfort. Suggesions?

I am feeling discomfort for a week in left chest. Earlier I had acid reflux problem a year ago, had antacids and got relived. When I had water, I am feeling cold in left chest got repeated recently. I had pantop 40 mg for 10 days. Looks like cured, but still feel the same. Gastro specialist suggested to conslult cardiologist. I consulted, ECH, 2D echo normal. and TMT got positive. Doctor suggested to take CT cardio Anjiogram but unfortunately it was not suitable for me, it gave negative reaction, so asked to stop. Should I worry about my heart? Or is it related to gastro issue? I some times still feel discomfort and can able to hear my heart beat in left ear when lied on bed. My pulse levels are between 80 and 100 I am able to walk, climb steps easily as usual. Any suggesions?
