Left arm paining- morning/after driving

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My dad was suffering from lymp node in left under arm and doctor detected with tb and after complete treatment, lymp node has gone but now he is having pain in his left arm. and when we are consulting to same doctor he saying nothing to worry its not because of that but we are very conscious towards that. Kindly suggest doctor need your help.Thanks
