Left arm pain with fast heart beat
I am 28year male, from last 2year I am on Telma 40. Sometime I feel breathing difficulty, I feel rapid heartbeat in chest while climbing stair. Some time I feel sudden drop in my heart. From last few days I am feeling sudden pain in left arm and hand, awkward feeling in left side body. In ECG the below results are there. Please tell me it is heart disease or anxiety. How to correct it. Attached ECG report

Q waves absent
ST Segment Isoelectric
T Waves: Inversion in lead III
