Cervical left arm pain will be associated with neck pain, numbness and it will be a chronic pain. Usually the chest pain associated with cervical spondylosis will be mild and left sided. Chest pain due to heart attack will be severe tightness confined to central chest. Associated sweating, nausea or vomiting, fatigue and giddiness will be present in heart attack. However there are atypical presentations is both diseases. So better Consult and get clarified.
