Left arm pain and digestive problems

I took ecg, echo, TMT test 2days back everything is normal, but still I feel my left arm, neck, shoulder, and my back is like burning or electric shock sensation, some time I feel my chest was pinched by someone and going, and whatever I eat it was stucked on my throat, how long my test valids, I am really scared on this, I don't have much breathless problem, by this I having high palpitations and anxity, now further whom I have to consult, doctor told your test are normal, no treatment is requi
