Left Ankle swollen, pain, body heat,
Dear Doctor, For the past few months I see that my left ankle is swollen and it pains. On my left leg there is black colour infection. I had been to GP. Later I went to Ortho due to knee pain. GP gave me anti fungal Cream and pain medication. I didn't see improvement. I went to Orthopaedic Doctor. Ortho Doctor took X ray said slight arthritis due to 116 kg obesity. My left leg was operated for excess growth of bone in my childhood. So my left leg is bit slanting. Ortho Doctor gave me pain medication and physiotherapy. I have High BP, Asthma, urticaria problems and insomnia. I am not working and unmarried. I have daily medicine Stamlo 10mg for the past 7years, Montek AB along with Formoflo 250mg inhaler and Cetrizen. Ortho Doctor asked me to meet Vascular Doctor for ankle swelling pain. I am yet to meet Vascular Doctor. I nowadays get headache on bending over and feel very hot sweating. Ankle pain along with numbness swelling is increasing. Knee pain is also there. What could   problem?

You can get mri of ankle to rule out any osteomyelitis, some blood test like, crp, ESR, CBC and review back
