Leech bite infection

I had bitten by a leech before 4 days. I got swelling in that place since 2 days with a lot of pain. Pls suggest me the remedies.

Never let skin dry always apply moisturiser in that area like cetaphil... other wise it turns into eczema and ulcer... use candid B cream. Use cetrizine or tab prustat to counter itching
