Hello, I have left eye power +7.50 and right eye power +7.50 . so, I am using contact lenses for both eyes last 10 year.and I want use glass so pls sagesest which gogals use with showing minimum .And any sargary safest for my problem

Please get your refraction done again and use specs as per prescription. You may go for lasik. But the results can be forecasted only after corneal topography and other tests.
