Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
There are grossly two things you can do.
1. Diet and exercise.
2. Medicines to lower the cholesterol.
Also i would like to know whats your blood pressure like?
You need to be on a strict diet for sometime and do cardio workout everyday. Then after 3 months repeat the test again. If they are in normal range, then continue proper diet and exercise regularly.
If not, then you need to be on medicines.
Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
