I been having stomachache and feel like to vomit i feel dizzy too amd headache i also have a quite Fever for almost 12hours

the fever at this point of time can be due to anything. So just wait &I watch, with adequate rest, charting down temperature readings during fever spikes, taking plenty of fluids will help you tide over your illness. If still the fever persists contact your doctor.
