Lazy eye in left eye since past 10 yrs
I have never used lenses. But will that really help in the lazy eye correction? Im 28 and is there any way this lazy eye can be taken care of so that it doesnt bother me in future! Are lenses better than spectacles especially for lazy eye?

As far ur question is concerned it all depends on the existing vision with and without glasses.without this info it will be difficult to comment on this. Using glasses or contact lens both are equally good as long as your prescribed power is correct or as long as you are using a properly fitting contact lens...if no proper fitting then surely you are inviting trouble at present and in future. Regarding management,it is difficult to discuss further without details of existing vision and glass power. please discuss in detail  about lazy eye with your treating eye doctor and also try reading about it on Internet and try to understand the problem you are suffering from. As after reading your question I think you are not very well informed about the problem of lazy eye, if you want you can read about it from my website-latika eye and maternity clinc.we have articles dedicated for patient education explaining about lazy eye,and explains in general about  management. Also you can consult pediatric ophthalmologist like me who are specialist's in management of lazy eye. Hope this helps;all the best.
