It is safe but you need a high fibre diet and avoid oily and spicy food

If not relieved you can take Tablet Bisacodyl once in the evening and apply Nifedipine ointment before stool if the stool is hard, painfull and difficult to pass

Apply xylocaine ointment before going to toilet. It will reduce the hardness. And try to take high fibre diet. Then slowly withdraw both ointment and laxative

No cremaffin is safe. But i would suggest you make dietary modifications like taking high fibre content and consuming plenty of fluids. U can discontinue cremaffin once u have recovered.
