Chronic fissure
I am really worried as it's been more than a year , I am suffering from chronic fissure at 12'0 clock position was diagnosed by surgeon by anoscope .
When I taken laxative it's ok else it creates issue.
I don't know why it is recurring again and again. I am really stressed, as it's affecting my lifestyle. I am just asking does fissure also causes narrowing of anal opening. How to verify the root cause why it's recurring.

If you are suffering from chronic fissure, then medical management will hardly help for long term.
You have to undergo surgery for the disease for better result.
