Latest PetCT. Can someone please explain
FDG avid mediastinal nodes - Aorto-pulmonary 10mm (5.90) , subcarinal 7 mm (4.33) , right hilar 9 mm (4.20) { not seen previously }, small pretracheal node 8mm (2.87 {prev.8 mm (ametabolic)}. A left perihilar FDG avid nodule 8 mm (5.90) There is no evidence of FDG avid lesion in the neck .No FDG avid lesions seen in liver, spleen or adrenals. No FDG avid retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy. Ametabolic sclerosis in left ilium posteriorly: previously seen FDg avid lesion in right ilium posteriorly has regressed (old suv 4.28); previously seen focal uptake in left ala of sacrum has regressed (prev suv 4.98). Fracture fixation of left femur is new. Internal fixation with rod and screws for fracture of the shaft of left femur. FDG avid soft tissue in the anteior abdominal subcutaneous fatplane , largest 18 x 14 mm (4.19){prev 17 x 12mm (7.35)}
