Hi i am 34 weeks pregnant ... i am getying iron infusion as i have iron deficiency anemia with hemoglobin level 9. I want o k ow whether my this condition affect baby, amniotic fluid, pregnancy or labour

Do not worry level 9 is not very low as regarding pregnancy. Nothing will happen to the child and once after delivery again your blood level will come back to normal.
