Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have gone late for my periods for two weeks . i am sexually active since my last period . i am taking no medicines. i checked homepregnancy test which came out with one fainted and one dark line twice . i did beta hcg test which came out to be 146mlu and after 3 days repeated beta hcg test which came out to 184 mlu . i am seeing a gynaecologistand she asked me to repeat beta hcg test after 3 days what should i do ?
