Late period
Her period was regular and last period was at 5june and it was 5to 6 days long as usual her next period date was at 5 july but it came on 16 of july after using ashoka rist and ramain for 2to 3 day only .
Was it her period??

My genuine advice for you would be that you consult a gynaecologist nearby you as she would be a better person to help you get your issue resolved.
