If it's just happening from 2 months, rule out hormonal problems. Visit or consult a gynaecologist to investigate. If investigations are normal, then u can ignore.

Any weight gain,stress can cause delayed periods,
Thyroid issues in the family can cause delayed periods
Rule out other causes.

Only hemoglobin will not help us in saying why your periods are delayed
