Late latent syphillis
I am 23 years old. I went for blood test on April, it was TPPA positive and RPR negative. After a month, the result still the same. After 5 months, I went to check up and he result was ECLIA positive & RPR negative. Doctor told me that it is late latent syphillis, 've been infected for an unknown duration. After that, I received treatment with 3 shots of penicillin injections. Can I know why the RPR is always negative ? Is it related to my immune system? Is the cure rate very high for my case ?
