Please share the prescriptions and your reports because if you have psc at this age and its  likely to increase in future then you may not enjoy without glasses for a longer time ,as the lenticular changes will increase and you will have diminution of vision. You can use contact lenses for some time being, if you are very keen to get rid of glasses then later on you may plan for cataract surgery with multifocal or trifocal iol and that wil l be for life long .

It is not advisable to go for Lasik surgery if you have PSC  cataract.
Next Steps
Continue using glasses, if that vision is not affecting your routine work. Better to go for cataract surgery if required.
