LASIK RELATED QUERY. As my left eye?

I had LASIK one months ago and currently I am seeing fine 6/6 both eyes, although closing left eye makes things slightly spread with right eye. I mean i can see but to see more clearly I have to squeeze my right eye a bit. I had steep corneas before LASIK . I am afraid if I have keratoconus, my k max post op was 44 and 45. Current CCT is 490 OD and 461 OS. Doctor said that slight blurriness with one eye is an expected result of LASIK and should improve within few more days. My left eye is a bit dominant they said.  It's like I can see everything with my right eye still to obtain that sharpness I have to squeeze it a bit. Will this symptom improve further as a part of healing process or is there any residual astigmatism or is it a symptom of corneal ectasia? My pre op CCT was 580+ both eyes. Doctor said I have steep corneas but my topography is normal. I could not understand . Please explain why with right eye I am not seeing as " sharp" as my left eye? Although it was tested 6/6.
