Hello These are two different techniques of doing LASIK Difference lies in technique of flap creation. In microkeratome LASIK, a fine mechanical blade known as microkeratome is used to create flap while in bladefeee lasik, flap is created with femtosecond laser. Femtosecond is more precise and sharp in creating flap and so flap related complications are less with bladefeee lasik Microkeratome lasik starts at ₹25k and bladefeee may be around₹65k But this varies from place to place

Microkeratome is a fastly moving fine and smooth  blade which  makes a smooth flap but the flap made by bladeless technique is finer and thus more space is available for ablation and better results.
