Lasik can be easily detected by simple slit lamp examination.
Dryness is one of the side effects of lasik.
Please keep on putting lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 3to4 times daily.

I understand your concern but dryness is known and commonest complaint that patients face after LASIK. please use ample amount of lubricants ...Start systane ultra eyedrops in both eyes 6 times a day for 4 weeks and eyemist gel in both eyes at bedtime.
