Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have a question about my lasik medication. I've been taking the steroid as prescribed but it says 1 drop every 2 hours for the first 24 hours then 4 times a day for 4 days. Since there is a window between the 24 hour time period and the the next day, should I continue with the steroid till tomorrow or should I wait till tomorrow and not use it?
