" Metabolically active soft tissue density transglottic lesion on right side involving the right aryepiglottic fold and right vocal card with extensions, as described - Primary." "No other abnormal hypermetabolic focus noted in rest of visualised body"

It's carcinoma larynx most probably. Should under go direct laryngoscopy or flexible laryngoscopy and biopsy to prove it. See a ENT or head and neck oncologist
