It can be reduced in size with medicines
But complete removal can be done be surgery
And chances are there for recurrence after surgery

Nasal polyps are nothing But swelling of tissues usually due to allergy.
The seriousness of it can be decided on a CT scan of the sinuses, which usually shows how many polyps are from where they arise.
Surgery is The final treatment of polyps, if they don’t respond to medications and recurrence post surgery depends on how much your allergy is under control. You may need to take nasal sprays post surgery as well.
