Large inlet VSD/Single Ventricle
My Daughter is 40 days old. Diagnosed with Single large VSD amounting to single ventricle. Severe PAH. Normally Related Great Arteries. Dialated pulmonary artery from right side of ventricle-unrestrictive. Mild AR. Moderate left AVVR. Mild right AVVR. Doctor says very complex and critical problem and suggested for multistage palliation. Any suggestions. Is there any alternative surgery possible, as multistage palliation needs a series of operation.

Yes it is a complex Pediatric Cardiac issue and you need a medical consultation with a Cardiothoracic surgeon. Further management options have to be discussed at length and you need to know the risks and benefits of each of them before opting for one. Best wishes.
