Laparoscopic cholecystectomy drainage
Post op of  gallbladder developed bile leak  there is Laparoscopic drainage of right sub diaphragmatic collection and Drain placement from last 1 month please let me know what to do next to stop bile leak as pateint is with drainage tube unable to visit any clinics.

need full details in these type of cases. usually if the drain is minimal , it is managed conservatively.it may take anywhere from 1 month to 3months or more depending on patient and condition which is assesed by the treating doctor. if the leak is more then further planning will be done. yes it will be difficult to go to hospital. try to adjust for some difficulties.

Patient will probably require MRCP/CT scan to confirm the source of leak The source will determine the further management
