My baby is 1 month 12 days old... From the 10th day of birth he has lactose intolerance but I came to know that on day before yesterday. Doctor told to stop Brest feeding for 24hrs but it I started back once Brest feeding started.. what should I do.. what is the treatment .. is it curable...

it is highly unlikely for a breastfed baby to have lactose intolerance unless he is on top feeds. he may be having transitional stools for all you know.
kindly get his stools tested
