My 2 month old baby is diagonised with lactose intolerance. He vomits after every feed and loose motions. Will mother's diet impact feeding? Should I stop taking dairy products? Please suggest me proper diet.

Your diet won't affect feeding. In case your baby is a diagnosed lactose intolerant, you can use formula milk with low lactose like nestle nan lo-lac. If he still vomits, then formula without lactose like xerolac can be given.
You can continue breastfeeding and gradually increase frequency as lactose intolerance could decrease over time.
