My friend used lactocip ds (cipla) when he was suspecting viral fever . Is this medicine appropriate for viral fever

Lactocip ds is lactobacillus. It is used in case of destruction of normal gut bacterial flora. There is no link whatsover between fever and lactocip ds. It is like taking anntihypertensives for itching. Take paracetamol 500 for fever
