Lactation question for new born
Hello,
I delivered baby 7 days ago and she got Jaundice as well as there was weight loss from 2.8kg to 2.3kg
My breast is not so much generating I feel which is making my baby can't sleep continuously for 2 hrs.
Milk comes and goes off and I don't use any formula powder
Can you suggest what must be the quantity of milk for a new born per feeding ?
How much feeding per day is needed ?
How to increase the breast milk naturally ?
Any other things to keep in mind while breast feeding ?

Newborn will loss 10% of it's weight during first 8days then there will be weight gain.If the baby is having urine output of 5-6times/day,enough sleep between 2feeds,and active then will call it as adequate feeding. Pet day around 8-12 feeds are adequate at frequency of 2-4th hrly.
