Hello
I had delivered twins in march from 2months I'm giving breastfeeding n formula feed for both babies.before my breast producing milk sufficiently n nowadays I'm not getting enough milk breast also not leaking n very softer. I have used lactare tablets also but no use. Pls help me .

Milk production is based on how frequently u feed the babies.. proper night feeding, is essential. Stress is also a factor for reduced milk production.. kindly consult more details are required

Hi.
Milk wouldn’t leak as before and you might not have breast fullness now. Check if the babies are gaining adequate weight and if the babies are latching well.

Take a healthy diet and drink plenty of liquids/ milk. Get proper sleep and reduce stress.
