Lack of stamina, immunity
Now days i get so tired that i can't sprint even for 5 minutes continuously. Can anyone suggest me tips so that i can increase stamina and immunity

Hello,,, have you got any recent illness,,, if not are you been in stress recently, if not stamina can be increased by having healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, cereals pulses,, daily exercise with gradual increase in duration or jogging,, sports or exercise. It will increase both stamina and immunity.
