How to increase stamina
Hello doc, I have a very low physical stamina. Finding it very difficult to even complete a 400m running. I have a severe asthma too for the past 10 years. I'm very obese. What could be the reason for low stamina? How to improve it? Could I overcome this by hard work? How to boost my immune system? Thank you.
