Dr.Yogesh here It is suggested to do exercise regularly. Do meditation. Apply oil on your head. it is suggested to use coconut oil for application. do a gentle massage before sleep. Also apply oil to your feet. take Buffalo milk daily before sleep. it is also suggested to take saraswatarishtam 2 spoons 2 times after food with warm water for 15 days.
